Deck Builder v4.0 is out!

This brings a whole new screen with a few much needed features, I suggest everyone go to the settings and download your save data as a backup.

Deck Builder V4.0 The Settings Update:
- Made a "Settings" tab
    - Moved all old settings into tab
- Deck Exporting 
    - You can now download your deck as an image
    - Export options filename, file type, and quality
    - Deck image options: layout format, deck name, author name
    - Hit "Refresh" to screenshot deck and update info
- Preferences
    - Background color
    - Deck Code Format
        - 4Char, 3Char, 2Char, Primezip
        - 4Char is the standard and recommended, others might be glitchy
- Data
    - Download Save Data
        - Downloads all the data stored between sessions, I reccomend doing this every once in a while to have a backup
    - Upload Save Data
        - Upload a file of save data to recover your save
    - Delete Save Data
        - Wipes all stored information, completely resetting the deckbuilder
    - Tags
        - See and edit what has been tagged using the right click menu
        - Takes deck codes, to make and share tag lists with others
                - Will be useful for L50%, filtering what is allowed

    - Show Instructions
    - Show Changelog
    - Contact Info
